What should I wear to a self-defense class?
We recommend wearing comfortable athletic clothing and supportive footwear. Avoid wearing jewelry or accessories that could cause injury.
Do I need any prior experience to join?
No prior experience is necessary. Our classes are designed for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
Are the classes suitable for children?

How can I book a session with an instructor?
You can easily book a session through our website by selecting your preferred instructor and session type. Follow the prompts to confirm your booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
The full payment is required to book your course. Class fees are non-refundable. You may reschedule to a future class if unable to attend, provided at least 48 hours notice of inability to attend is given.
If the course has been rescheduled or cancelled by Shogun Elite ONLY then you will have the option for a refund or reschedule.
No calls – No Shows will forfeit all class fees and ability to reschedule for future date.
